Can be applied ontodry or flaky eyelids.

Dryness or flakiness on the eyelids are also relieved.
Makes dark circles under the eyes look lighter.

APPLICATION
Dispense a miniscule amount of product between ring fingers.
Apply to cheekbone area and up to eye brow.
May be applied to eyelid if required.
For morning and night application before appropriate moisturiser.
